300g fillet of sole (may be different white fish),
Carrots , celery , onion , parsley, a clove of garlic , mushrooms ( small pieces, 4-5 mushrooms),
3 tablespoons sour cream,
Salt, pepper,
2 large sweet potatoes,
3 tablespoons oil.
METHOD :
1. Grate vegetables on a grater , cut onions into pieces, cut garlic,
2. Fry onion and garlic on oil in a frying pan ,
3. Put grated vegetables into the frying pan and simmer,
4. Add the spices,
5. Add the cream,
6. Put raw fish fillet into a baking dish and the vegetable sauce on top of the fish,
7. Bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 170C,
8. Wash, peel, slices sweet potato on a baking tray and bake until soft for about 30 min. (You can sprinkle them with rosemary, I just sprinkled them with oil).
